Thank you all for attending our first in-person event! One year in, we gathered to reflect on the RE-IMAGINE-CROPS journey and then opened our doors for the joint AgroServ Event by Euro-BioImaging. We had researchers, infrastructure providers, industry partners, and stakeholders together exchanging knowledge and discussing the current and future advances required in plant imaging and precision agronomy.

Exploring the Future of Plant Imaging and Precision Agronomy
Throughout the programme, speakers explored how advanced imaging, sensing technologies, AI, and digital agronomy are shaping more sustainable and resilient agricultural systems. The talks covered topics including sustainable agriculture across biological scales, drought resilience in rice, and high throughput phenotyping for studying crop stress tolerance.
Precision Agriculture and Digital Agronomy
Other presentations focused on precision agriculture, AI driven crop management, and digital agronomy tools supporting more sustainable farming practices. Participants also learned more about AgroServ and the open access services provided by Euro-BioImaging, supporting innovation in agriculture, environmental sciences, and beyond.

Panel Discussion on the Future of Digital Agriculture
The event concluded with a lively panel discussion on the future of digital and imaging driven agriculture. Stay tuned as we will share the recording of our dynamic discussion panel titled Revolution of Imaging in Digital Precision Agriculture: Educational, Research, and Innovation Frontiers as part of the monthly Euro-BioImaging plant expert group.
Looking Ahead
As we wrap up this event, we’re planting our seed-embedded nametags and watching them grow, a fitting symbol for where RE-IMAGINE-CROPS goes next.
